Cyberattacks on supply chains such as SolarWinds, Colonial Pipeline and Kaseya have forced security professionals to enhance preparations to protect their organizations in a time of growing geopolitical tensions.

In this hour-long discussion at the 2022 Cyber Security Digital Summit, a panel including experts from John Deere and the US Air Force explored topics ranging from strategies for managing potential supply chain attacks, providing effective cyber security models for remote workers, how organizations have been responding to deep fakes and crypto-jacking, and how cyber security talent can be found, attracted and retained.

Host Lynn Dohm, executive director of Women in Cybersecurity, was joined by a stellar panel consisting of James Johnson, chief information security officer at John Deere; Kelley Kiernan, CTO for the Small Business Innovation Research Program for the US Air Force; Petronas cyber security advisor and former CISO Muhittin Hasancioglu; and Edward Yakabovicz, senior fellow at Northrop Grumman.
